| Lučica is a starting point for mini taxi-boats which keep tradition of transporting tourists to nearby beaches the way it used to be done in the past. More up-to-date form of same services is organized by three glass-boats which, on a daily basis, take tourists to a very attractive viewing of underwater world. There are also several boats for whole-day excursions to nearby islets sveti grgur, goli otok, baska and kosljun, on the island of krk, as well as nearby fjord zavratnica.
Without any doubt, the most attractive excursion is the one to goli otok ( naked island ) with its notorious former prison, which is among tourists also known as "croatian alcatraz".
